Project Objectives:

  • Enhancing the company’s competitiveness and productivity through the acquisition of equipment and intangible assets in the manufacturing industry.

Main Activities:

  • Acquisition of machinery, equipment, and intangible assets.
  • Recruitment, selection, and training of personnel.
  • Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions.

Expected/Final Results:

  1. Acquisition of a 5-axis vertical machining center equipped with an exhaust system and innovative software solutions. This will increase production capacity and enhance competitiveness through the introduction of advanced manufacturing methods, sustainable technologies, climate change mitigation measures, and digital transformation.
  2. Increase in the number of employees and business revenue, leading to the maintenance or improvement of labor productivity and profitability in the third year of sustainability, compared to the financial period before submitting the funding request. The project also includes the creation of facilities for people with disabilities.
  3. Achieving energy independence through the acquisition of a photovoltaic panel system and the integration of a water filtration system and LED lighting system into the production workflow. These investments aim to mitigate climate change effects, support the company’s green transition, and improve energy efficiency in the production facility.
